I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based in Winchester where I work with private clients and also Employers to support their Employees. I also volunteer 1 day per week at the Macmillan Centre at Southampton Hospital working alongside other therapists to support patients and their families and friends. Apart from managing a successful Hypnotherapy business my "mission" is to raise peoples' awareness of Hypnotherapy and I mainly do this do this by providing free talks to various organisations. I am a person-focused Hypnotherapist and I follow the principle of having an "Unconditional Positive Regard" for whoever I am working with.
